Lesson 1: What is Holiness

This lesson will teach us what it means to be holy. We will examine such questions as “What is holiness” and “How do we separate from evil”.

Lesson 2:  God’s Part in making us Holy

This lesson we will look closely at God’s part in making us holy.  We will study the topics of Christ’s sacrifice, the work of the Spirit, and freedom and deliverance.

Lesson 3:  Our Part in being Made Holy This lesson focuses on our part in becoming holy.  In other words, our part in receiving what God gives.  Subjects of belief, faith, and fighting for the truth are combined with examples from the Old and New Testament.
Lesson 4:  The Progression of Holiness This lesson will focus on the results experienced from increased holiness.  Topics about the foundation, calling, and the result and value of holiness will be looked at.  We will also take a look at the progression of holiness and comparing it to the progression of depravity.

Lesson 5:  Love, the Essence of Holiness

 

This lesson will focus on God’s love and we will see how this trait is a foundation for understanding who God is.  We will study God’s character and the biblical definition of love.
Lesson 6:  Principles for Holy Living This lesson focuses on 6 principles or rules for holy living.  These principles will be studied in the Bible and we will see the benefits of following these rules.
Lesson 7:  A Holiness Evaluation This lesson examines the fruit of the Spirit.  The topic of recognizing fruit in our life will be studied.
Lesson 8:  Holiness Exemplified This lesson will look at the godly characteristics that are exemplified through men and women in the Bible.  We will study the great privilege of becoming godly men and women.
